Affiliate Manager $3,000 Base plus %

I am looking for a full-time affiliate manager. The position pays $3,000 base salary per month plus 0.25-1% of affiliate sales depending on experience. Our group sales were $10m last year and $4m so far this year and we are lookign to icnrease said numbers dramatically. You must be confidant and know your way around affiliate programs. This is not a position for someone new to affiliate marketing. You will be dealing only with the top decision makers and if you can't hold your own, you probably won't last a day. A lot of your work will be phone work so you must be articulate with an excellent command of English. You must be able to source new affiliates and help them to get started. If an affiliate needs help with different sized banners, or needs custom art work or has a question about how the cookie is dropped we will expect you to know how to help the affiliates get what they need. If you don't know what any of those terms mean, then you are not the right person for us. You should be knowledgable in marketing, previous experience in the field is a must.. your duty will be to send out frequent newsletters and sell offers to our lists as well as strengthening our rapport.. if you know that money is in the releationship with lists youre already a step ahead. alot of the additional money you earn depends on how good you are at estabilishing said relationship and converting readers into product buyers.. the target market is a.) the forex market and b.) the IM (internet marketing( niche.. On top of that we are a bunch of inventive guys who keep dishing out new products and you will be an important part of the team! You should be a 24/7 guy and a dedicated worker. We are a great team to work for and you will be treated with respect and as an equal. We work hard and will expect the same from you. We don't keep office hours, we work long and hard for extended periods of time and then take breaks. If you can only work certain hours this will not be for you. You must be flexible and that might mean a con call in the morning and then a con call in the evening. There are not set hours and as you will be dealing with people from all over the world you will need to be flexible.
