Here are the modifications I would like making to the site:
A "password reset facility" for "registered users"
The "admin area" to display the "username" and "name" of the person who has made the booking
The "admin area" to include a "comments box" for the administrator to provide reasons for the booking modifications
A "modification to booking confirmation email" to be sent to the "user" who made the booking and also to the "administrator"
Email to be sent using the "administrators email address", so the user can reply
