Analyse Data and Fill in a Spreadsheet

I have a list of companies from target country. i.e- us,uk,ca,aus etc that I need to validate and add some information to the list. I want a company or an individual to go through the spreadsheet and verify the company and address information by googling the company (by Company name and city and province). I specifically want to locate the email addresses and web page urls for each of the different companies where applicable. I also want to know if the company has a facebook page and what the url is for that.
In total I have 1500 records to go through. I have included a sample of one of the companies.
To summarize:
-I want to search for the company in the spreadsheet and I need the following information captured:
*I want the address information to be validated
* want duplicates removed (unless there are multiple locations)
* NEED the web page URL
* need the contact email from the Web page
*If they have a facebook page, make a note that they do have one, if you can get the facebook page url that would be great.
Once the Job is awarded i will send out the spreadsheet with the company information.
