We are looking for an accounting specialist with strong QuickBooks and Microsoft Office experience. The position is long term and the hours will increase as needed, 18 to 24 hours per week to begin, expands with tax season and company growth. RESPONIBILITIES (Include but are not limited to)
• Review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets.
• Handle and prepare breakdowns for various payroll-related statements

REQUIRED SKILLS
• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in payroll processing or equivalent accounting experience.
• Good written and verbal business skills. Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet or exceed deadlines.
• General competence (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to strictly exercise discretion and observe confidentiality.
• Self-starter with attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
