I have a spread-sheet that I use for my work and it has about 11 items that I input every time to do my report. ie client name, address, job number, date inspected etc What I would like is for this information to automatically be linked to another workbook that I call my database. It will be a simple 1 page worksheet that has all of those 11 columns of data. Example job 1 will come in first and then job 2 underneath the 1st row and then job 3 under row 2 etc The purpose of this is for me to just enter my information once into a spread sheet instead of having to manually enter it again into a small database. I get about 300 jobs per year.

After that, you will not need to make multiple manual entries again. I am well suited for the project as I am extremely proficient in excel.
