I would like to hire a Virtual Assistant -- 2

I'm looking for my next lynchpin (if you know what that refers to by Seth Godin, you've made the first cut). This role is vital to our company and is one of the most important roles. It is very detailed oriented (double checking work is everything), innovative (I love people who come up with better ways of doing things) and can easily grow as your skills grow. It is assistant me, personally, the CEO of a small, family run company. You need to have an average Excel skill set (pivot tables, flookup, sorts, etc.), a mind for getting things right, excellent internet and computer skills, and excellent communication skills. There are daily tasks, like recording sales, corresponding on Facebook ads, affiliate correspondence, stat collecting, etc. and then there will always be 1 time projects that are more longer term. Great communication is a must and you will be corresponding with very important people so fluent in English is a must. You need to be able to manage your time between daily and weekly tasks. Now, the fun stuff... I am really looking more for the personality, than the skill set. I want a hard worker that is always willing to go the extra mile, but also puts themselves and their families first and takes good care of themselves and their families. We are a family company. We don't have set hours, it's more about the work getting done in a timely matter. I care most about a good personality. Mistakes happen and honestly, if they're not happening, something is wrong. But repeating the same mistake over and over is my pet peeve. You will learn a ton in this position, even enough to start your online company one day if you so choose. 'If you LOVE to learn, are always open with your feelings and communicate your needs well, but also love making other people shine (I'm a giver and am looking for another giver), I want you to help me grow this company, to scale me.
