Comparable Companies/Comparable Transactions Analysis for Valuation of a Venture-Stage Company in Healthcare Artificial Intelligence

We’re looking for a detailed list of comparable companies & transactions with valuation data so we can determine the valuation of a venture-stage company in the healthcare artificial intelligence space. Keywords should include “artificial intelligence” OR “machine learning,” PLUS any of: healthcare, diagnostics, pathology, or cancer. If not getting at least 30 comparables with valuation data within the specific domain mentioned in the previous sentence (i.e. artificial intelligence, machine learning + healthcare, diagnostics, pathology, or cancer), then he/she should do an additional, broader search with just “artificial intelligence” or “machine learning” as the only keywords. Worldwide, not just U.S. Company stages should include any venture stage (early or late, Series A, B, C, etc. – don’t recall exactly how Capital IQ captures it). Output should include a pretty comprehensive range of fields (we don’t mind getting extensive, raw data that we can then summarize ourselves for our reporting), including company name, HQ state (or country, if not in the U.S.), website URL, full company description, investors, stage of last financing round, size of that last round, enterprise value at that last round (either pre or post-money, but it must state which), date of that last round, total amount of financing to date, revenue, and EBITDA. There will be cases where Capital IQ has some of this data but not all – as long as we have at least the enterprise value at the last round, the comparable company should be included in the list. Consultant should feel free to add any other fields as well that he/she sees fit. This job would take 2-3 hours to complete.
