Copy existing site content to new page design

I need the contents of an existing site ([url removed, login to view]) copied over to a new page design. The current site is based on a CMS but this work will just be a matter of copying, pasting and formatting the pages in to a new design.
I will provide a Dreamweaver template (in classic asp) and the menu structure. You will be required to create each page in the menu structure and copy over the existing content (including any downloadable files) to the new site. It's pretty much a straight copy and paste job but you may have to use your judgement/common sense when moving some content across.
I will give you ftp access to the server and you will upload the completed pages/site to the new server.
I have several other similar projects coming over the next week.
