Analytics faculty/trainer

Looking for faculty/trainers in data analytics with at least 2-3 years experience in analytics (including predictive modeling), for an IIM alumni owned start-up focusing on career oriented education. The assignment will be full-time for three months and will involve training corporate client's employees and batches of students in analytics tools and techniques using case studies, practice examples and hands-on work. Good knowledge of SAS and advanced statistics is essential and also how to use them in an analytics framework to solve business problems. Knowledge of R will be an added advantage. Candidate should be able to develop content, case studies and datasets. Prefer those a) who have practical experience from the field, (not just academic or theoretical knowledge), b) who have interest in education, and are open to experiment with styles of pedagogy, and c) who are looking to move away from the fast burnout world of offshore analytics and find work-life balance. Candidate should have good ability to transfer knowledge so that trainees understand and retain what is taught. The work will involve travel. Remuneration will be handsome.
