Design a electric oscillating motor for me (see notes)

Hi, im working on a product that needs an electric oscilating motor with a rechargeable battery. The product needs to be mounted in different ways with a pivot point and the motor needs to be capable of driving up to 30kg in weight so torque is a must. I need 3d drawings as well a parts list. I need the motor to run as cool as possible and this needs to be small and portable. Needs to be ready for me to implement into my design. I hope you understand that I cannot reveal the nature of the product this is going into. Please note that the drawing is not to scale and the general motor assembly needs to be as compact as possible whilst not compromising heating issues and/or other issues. Please see drawings for more notes. I need ideas with this so please only apply if you are capable. this has a mechanical and electrical side to it to take into consideration as it will have a rechargeable battery via mains power.
