Allegro/OrCAD PCB

The objective of this project is the creation of a six layer pcb and the related fabrication files of a provided schematic design file. The schematic design will be provided as an Allegro/OrCAD .dsn file. This new schematic design is largely based on a existing reference design kit being ammended with parts reduction and a few additions. The reference kit will be provided and it contains an existing pcb layout as a .brd file including most of the footprints, additional footprints on the new design are less than ten. Portions of the previous reference design pcb could be re-used since a large percentage of the new schematic is the same as in the reference kit. Special consideration has to be given in analog and digital signal mixing and grounding to be in accordance with the reference design kit. Additional information on the reference design kit are on the project clarification board. The new pcb dimensions should be approximately 9cm X 9cm. Graphic approximate placement for additional components (connectors) of the new design will be additionaly provided together with the .dsn file. Deliverables are the new .brd pcb file and all accompanying gerber fabrication files as they contained in the reference design kit. Service providers that are Allegro/OrCAD experts are welcome.
