I am looking for bids for someone that can create a custom arm-based linux build for running syslog-ng. The code will run on a Str8132 based device (the one I'm using for testing is an NS-K330 (Manufacturer: Kintec)).

I have found a tool called snake-os that offers a NAS centric build for these devices. I need someone who can customize it to remove all the NAS functions, etc. and just build a simple web interface for configuring syslog-ng.

For syslog-ng, I need:

Ability to specify port reception using UDP or TCP

Ability to forward logs to a remote host using SSL and specify port to send on.

An additional "nice to have" would be the ability to create syslog-ng filters using the web ui.

Basically, I want this device to act as a simple syslog relay. No log files need to be stored locally, I am just looking for a small device that can quickly filter and forward syslog messages to a cloud server.

This job posting is exploratory for me because I don't have much experience in the embedded arena, so if you have additional questions/need clarification, please let me know.
