Design me a bluetooth product's circuit diagram - embedded systems

According to my understanding, designing an electronic device/chip/embedded system requires following steps (transforming an idea in to a product):
1) Designing/drawing electrical schematic diagram/circuit to fulfill requirement/idea
2) Using computer tools like autocad or similar to represent circuit in step 1
3) Output of step 2 to PCB assembling and manufacturing units to produce the hardware
4) Coding at hardware level (eg embedded C) and mobile phones (eg Android) for developing the app and its corresponding features/functions for embedded systems
Right now, I have an idea of the product - a very simple bluetooth device doing some basic functionality (detailed information of the idea/product later).
I need someone to help me with step 1 that is designing circuit diagram for the requirement. In fact there are already available circuit diagrams for that functionality but I have some customised requirement hence need an electronic/electric circuit designer to help me.
