As the Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of traditional clerical tasks which will include, but are not limited to, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, planning department events, and tracking and organizing information. In addition you will be required to prepare reports and complete assigned projects. If you are looking for a fast paced position where you can really make an impact then this is the position for you! Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Heavy Data Entry -Obtaining documents from different departments -Uploading documents and spreadsheet into systems -Adding data such as document dates, vendor set-up, document type, etc. - Updating document contents, this is indicating what information is contained in the document (ie. Regulatory Data, Allergens data, GMO...) Ideal qualifications include : -Experience working in fast-paced environments -A people person who enjoys socializing with clients -Great phone skills -Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, E-mail, Google Calendar) -Attention to detail -Ability to work independently -Love of children -A sense of humor -Ability to be firm but polite and professional about company policies with clients -Ability to multi-task Candidates must be in USA.
