Dear Sir or Madame, I am an experienced cost estimating engineer, I work in the automotive industry in a multinational company. For the past 8 years I have been working with and improving Excel costing templates. The current costing template was built to be used by all subsidiaries, I assume it's pretty much the same thing that you need: by selecting a specific subsidiary the file would calculate the specific rates (labor cost, machine hourly costs, overheads etc) for that subsidiary.
