Craigslist Posting

I need to post an ad to craigslist to 150 cities every week. The post may be the same or it may be a different post. These posts will be advertising a service or an ecommerce website for our company. This will be an ongoing project for the winning bidder if he or she accomplishes what we are looking for. I started this project with someone already and she flaked out on us, so we are only looking for serious people. I am not sure how you want to attact this project. Our thoughts were that you would create 150 different email addresses through yahoo and/or gmail and we would have you manually post the ad so that craigslist would not flag us and take the ad down. If there is a better way, we are open to suggestions, but this cannot be flagged or we will have wasted our money. I have wasted a week on someone that said they could do this and could not deliver. Please be discriptive on how you will do this for our company. I am only looking for people that can get this project done.
