Hello there - I am an Excel genius. I can understand what you are trying to do and I would probably not do it with a userform as they are unreliable. I would build a form within an Excel worksheet itself. This would take about a day to implement and code behind it so your estimate is within the ball park. I can work from your template workbook provided - is there any thing else you need it to do or is it simply to provide a working data entry form to the given worksheet in the workbook?
