Dear Sir/Madam, I have 3 years of experience in Excel VBA programming. I have already created something similar to what you need: The Excel macro file was opened every night by Windows Task Scheduler. The macro connected to an ftp server, downloaded a csv file of financial data, connected to our own database, made a comparison between the ftp and the database data and run insert/update SQL statements in Oracle, if it found any missing or different data. In the end it sent a mail from outlook about the number of insert and update statements performed. Beside that I managed to create Excel macros that fill word templates based on cell references, forms with which one can upload or insert data into a database quickly without writing SQL scripts in a DB application. You can also find references on Excel userform projects among my reviews.
