this is a hotel reservation company. from excel raw data file- we have to create invoices. the macro program will have to look at file and count records for like suppliers, look at source of booking to see the channel it came in and apply the % charge of revenue using formular that bills at 3% with a max fee of USD40 for example on one channel and 5% on another. this content will be the basis of the invoice that needs be sent via email. content collected will be bookng number, name of guest, revenue amount, and applied fee.
