We are looking to build an online team of people to help us with our company’s and client’s digital marketing campaigns which includes Facebook advertising, YouTube marketing, etc. You DO NOT have to have any knowledge in digital marketing as have all the software. The software takes care of mostly everything. Something that anybody can learn. The criteria that we are looking for in the right person is a willingness to LEARN and TAKE ACTION. This project is not for the common FREELANCER. As we are looking to build a team…it would mean that we will be meeting online FACE TO FACE via Google hangouts or a similar platform. Think of it this way, we will be working together like we do in an office environment - the only difference being you will be in your country and in your home. Because we are looking for somebody who is able to TAKE ACTION…it is not for everyone. We know that. And so, the renumeration will involve a base with a residual commission on the client’s fees. This is so we know we are right for each other. Ideally this will not suit anybody who is not willing to give before they get. On the other hand we have never got any work done for FREE here because we know what quality FREE work offers. Only if you are happy with this, then apply. Once you post…we will require you to do a 30 min test. This online test will determine if we can work together or not. If the test results come out positive, the next step would be for you to view videos about (5HRS) and write up a report on your understanding of the strategy. This report will be in the form of a pitch which you will be making to us. What we will be looking for at that time is your understanding of the videos and the ability to put a plan together with a deadline to be able to implement the strategy. This will be an online meeting through Google hangouts through your power point or keyword presentation. If you are not comfortable with this arrangement, please do not apply. It is important for you to know what work will be done VIRTUALLY if we do start working…so we are laying it all down. We realise you will be spending your time on following this process…so you will be paid for your time and effort… if you are selected after the first test. So this is open to all who pass the test. However, the deadline will be 24 hours from the time we put the milestone up. If the deadline is not met, we will not be working together and the milestone will not be released. After this pitch, if we decide to work together, we will discuss a renumeration structure alongwith a work structure. This will start off as a part time a few days a week and then translate into full time…so if you have other commitments please do not apply. Looking forward to working with the right person.
