Athletic Apparel Shorts Prototype/Sample

We are working on athletic shorts, compression and basketball/running shorts, for a start-up sports apparel company. We have conducted market research, have a pattern and several prototypes. The pattern will likely go through minor modifications throughout the process. We would like to make a clean final prototype based upon our pattern and previous prototypes. The designer will be working with spandex-like materials. With this in mind, the designer must have experience with lycra/spandex fabrics and access to a serger with cross-stitching
