Design me a Product

I'm looking to have a mens t-shirt made that has designated folds in which the garment lays upon the body. This is done by using 2 layers of a thin jersey cotton, thats sewn and clings together to have that draped effect. I've heard that a viscose jersey may also work as a material for this project. In the pictures shown, I believe it's with a thin jersey cotton using a serger sewing machine.
