Animation from Illustrated Children's Book

I am a writer and illustrator. I have written and illustrated a childrens book for young children aged 2-6. It is 25 internal pages.
I am looking for somebody who can create an animation based on the illustrations. It can be fairly simple animation with background elements moving, sound effects, maybe the text appearing, and some basic character movement (for example mouths moving, blinking etc). I would like to find somebody with creative ideas and input. I will supply a voice over file of the story to be integrated into the animation, and psd files for the illustration on each page.
The animation will be used on youtube and various websites to promote the book. This is the first in a series of at least 15 booksand I will require each to be animated in the same way, so it will lead to future work for the successful bidder.
With your bid it would be helpful if you could provide links to previous animation work. Iw ill be able to supply you with a pdf of the book so you can share your creative ideas for the animation with me.
