Design in Flash

I want to develop 8 Ball pool game. In which 2 or multiple user can play on a single table. Pool table would be 2 types one with direction and second without direction.

With direction: I want to show after shot where cue ball and other touched ball will go.

Without direction: ball will go in same manner but we will not give direction idea to the user. He/She has to take shot on their own angel and idea.

This game will be host on web so quality and speed would be preferable.

On join any table we will give few points to user so that he can reduce total point loss by potted few balls only after even lost of of game.

We will also give badges to users after playing few matches on the basis of Beginner / Profession / Expert.
