Flash Designer for High Graphic Website Headers with moving words
I looking for a flash graphic artist that will use about three pictures to put into motion and transitions and make words move and change to give a message.
The whole job should take no more than six hours or less for someone who knows what they're doing. I will want two of these flash graphics for $30
If you are interested you will have to do a sample and if the sample is the best, I pay you for the job, and I can use you for other jobs.
Please look at examples to get an idea of the flash that is needed.
