1. INTRODUCTION
- Hello. I wrote all the code (in C# with XNA 4 Framework) and made some of the graphics for two card games for a client: Tonk and Bid Whist (both available at Xbox Marketplace Indie);
- Both card games have simple AI players implemented;
- I made the path-finding system for an unreleased RTS game, with A* search algorithm;
- My own game Voronis (you can get information about it on my Freelance portfolio page), implements the Finite State Machine computational model for controlling the behavior of the game's bosses.
2. MY STRONG ABILITIES
- General code in C#;
- Using DirectX 9 Managed;
- Using XNA Framework 4.0;
- Textures and backgrounds;
- Path-finding algorithms;
- Custom user interfaces;
- Interfaces with Windows Forms.
3. ABOUT YOUR PROJECT
- My understanding is that you want an OFC game in which the player is tutored on where to place his/her cards (in the Back, Middle or Front hands), based on an internal probabilistic calculation engine (with explanations);
- I would like to know more about which platform this application is intended for and in what programming language do you want it developed;
- Does it have mutiplayer? Or is it just the player and the tutor AI?
- Do you have a vision of how exactly this application should look and behave, or will this be determined during the development?
- You can test my skills before awarding the contract;
- I am available to begin immediately after the details are clarified.
