Assembling team for long term erotic writing projects

I'm a publisher specializing in erotic fiction. I am currently assembling a team of writers who will be available on a long term basis for the production of an ongoing series of high-quality erotic fiction. There are two specific series that I am currently planning: 1. A series of erotic thrillers, each of which will be intense and exciting, set in exotic locales and containing unusual and thought-provoking situations. 2. A series of stories surrounding a young woman, set in either a university or political situation. The writing needs to be compelling and imaginative. Characterization and description can obviously be drawn broadly, but need to underpin the central action in a believable way. I am looking for a long-term arrangement, and payment will based on quality of work on an ongoing basis, coupled with speed of execution. I believe in paying well for quality work. Each story should be around 10,000 words, and should obviously be original. All copyright will pass to me, and you will also agree not to distribute the text through any other forum. For the purposes of my marketing system (and knowing what works best), all the stories will need to be written from a feminine point of view. When bidding, please send an example of your work in this genre; confirm that you are available on a long-term basis, and also tell me how much time you would need to produce 10,000 words of quality content. Submissions are preferred in text or Word format. No formatting is necessary, as my designer will take care of this.
