I have an existing project. It is a hierarchical treeview based website. It maintains the hierarchy of data elements in an application. It is developed in ASP.NET / C# / MS SQL Server and Javascript. I need to take it to the next level in terms of -
1. Look and feel - Currently the Look and feel is very bland. The prospective developer needs to be great in UI design to give it a modern look and feel.
2. Coding - Need to re factor and clean up existing code. Must have for developers is that they should follow best coding practice. No hacks, no shortcuts! The developer needs to demonstrate their coding practice by sending code samples of websites that they have done.
3. Documentation - The developer should provide meaningful documentation of the code.
Apart from the above I need
1. the developer to add new [login to view URL] the current code is re-factored and look and feel has been improved.
2. The developer to Install the website on my hosting service.
