Design a Corporate White Paper

We need a modern, easy-to-use design for our corporate white papers. These white papers are documents that span several pages and introduce a business audience to best practices and industry thought leadership. This current white paper has approximately 9 pages in a word document right now - so it will turn out as a 9 page + final PDF. Your thoughts on design options are requested i.e. 2 column design, callout box style, supporting graphics, shell design, etc.
You will design the white paper template in InDesign and also populate all of the text which we will provide in WORD format.
Considerations:
* Design must be done in InDesign, final file delivery will be an InDesign package and PDF
* You may select photos and vectors from Shutterstock, we will pay for them
* We prefer vector design, though some stock photography can be used if you see fit

NOTE to bidders: Please respond with a portfolio that includes white paper design. If you have not done white paper design, then you may respond with a detailed brochure design. *All bids without a white paper or brochure design will be removed from consideration*
