Ad Layout for Client

I have a restaurant called 'Sunset Pier' that needs an ad created. The ad will appear in a menu magazine, but won't be a typical menu page layout. They would like to feature a few of their items. It is a full color ad 7.25" x 9.5" (300 dpi). - Here is a copy of their logo (Jpeg). I have this in working PDF for Illustrator so you could pull it a part and use elements from that. - A promo photo of the pier. - A sketch of the 'ad idea' the food and beverage manager gave me. This is just a guide line, not idea is not set in stone. - Please feel free to recycle a project you have done in the past. This is a one time use ad. - Final project should be delivered in a working file, either PSD or EPS with fonts used included so I can make final tweaks to the ad. The layout is pretty open. Colors for their ads have typically been sunset, warm colors - but blues and ocean colors could work too. If you have something you have made before that could work for this project, that would be great. Would love to see some examples that specifically represent this idea (ie other menu you've done or restaurant ad). Also, if you are bidding hourly, HOW MANY HOURS TO FINISH PROJECT AND DELVER WORKING FILES. Here is the copy for the ad. Fonts are up to you as well. Thank you!
