Create New Sales Page

Dear Coders: I have an existing sales page that we need to change to make it SEO friendly. The new page will be a duplicate in color, design and style with some text changes. We are changing the layout of the page to move elements. I have created the new page with text and layout in Word. You'll have the existing page to go by (visually) with all photos and jpegs but not the files from the page. The project will include creating the page, uploading, and checking links for shopping cart, etc. We are also looking for a long-term technical partner for many projects. Please let me know if you'd like to be considered for that. NOTE: Please do not bid if you are not accessible by regular phone (not Skype). Sorry but our projects require phone contact. I will pay for long distance in US and Canada--outside of that area, you are responsible for cost of calls. For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
