Alter some Images

We need to create/alter an image for a wedding logo, similar as the one I have attached.
The letter “H” in the background needs to be deleted, we do not want this;
The letters “M” and “B” need to stay, these are OK;
In the letter “M” there is a strawberry, we would like to keep this;
In the letter “B” there is a champagne glass, we would like to keep this;
In the image there is a red circle, we want to add a ring with an emerald stone in this area;
The final design needs to be delivered in format that we can edit in case needed using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
The quality needs to be printable also in case needed.
