CAD Designer/ Design Artist / Architect

I need a CAD designer / Architect / Artist to design a Nightclub for my company. The designer would need to turn a big box property i.e. old Wal Mart building or a old shopping center into a nice night club. We will provided the theme the designer needs to have ideas and research on the nigh club culture. Looking for a time frame of 60 days and Payment through PayPal. Building sizes in which you will work with is between 70,000 - 120,000 square feet. Your work will also need to be able to be incorporated into a website or used in a website. I would like someone that can create hand sketched work and do CAD as well so we could have the best of both worlds.
