Design a Brochure

1. 30- 50 page brochure done in Indesign describing the investment potential of an area. I provide the template which is already designed. You will be provided with the text. And images. You just "pour" it into Indesign, as with the prior examples I will provide. This still requires some design skill. The pages must be "balanced, there are different kinds of fonts you will be required to use in accordance with our template. This is ongoing. I do numerous ones every year. They are all the same style. Again, I will give you the prior example to copy. There will be tables and perhaps graphs. You need a good knowledge on indesign. Our last designer could do this in a day. 2. Smaller documents describing the property development. I will provide the information. 3. You will be required to make location maps with google maps, showing the development and then listing local amenities on the maps and the distances from the development to the amenities. This is done with google. 3.5 You will also have to make a map showing the city in relation to other cities, also with google, with a bit of illustrator. I can give you prior maps that show what needs to be done. 4. You will be required to make vector graphics maps of the development site and the individual property lots. I have no idea how to do this. I will provide examples. I believe there is software with a large map of Australia from which you can make this site maps. 5. You will have a minimum of one week to complete this task. It should take no longer. I could do this in less time and I'm not that good at Indesign. You must be on the cloud and using the absolute latest version of Indesign so there are no compatibility issues.
