Design Logo & "About" page for Wordpress Blog

I have a blog at [url removed, login to view] The Blog is called Dreaming Insomniac. I need to design
1) A Logo for the Blog - a big logo to go on the front and a small one to show in web explorers that make the site look unique and instantly recongnisable
2) An "About Us" page to showcase the two authors and their "professional" and "personal" skills / qualifications / Hobbies.
3) The About Us page should be configurable to change the links / text etc. and the designer will have to come back to me with an initial design which I will then recommend minor changes to. The design will be based around the attached graphic (random from the web). Any suggestions/changes are welcome.
4) The caricatures of both authors must be based on their real life height/faces/profession and form a story with the icons in the sub-headings - pictures will be sent. Data will be sent too.
5) Since the text/links should be editable I prefer that the designer uses a commonly available program for me to open the files / modify and refresh later on - Say powerpoint / publisher or even a wordpress page.
6) I do not have any coding skills or artistic bent, therefore it is best to not rely too much on me for future maintenance of the page.
