Design Marketing Material

We need marketing material created for 2 businesses. URBAN CLEANING SERVICES [login to view URL] - -Brochure -2 Flyers (to insert in marketing folders) -Door Hanger -Bid Templates Objective: Advertise our services - Carpet Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Move In/Out Services, Residential/Commercial I have attached some files that we have done in the past. You will be responsible of creating the content for the marketing materials - your expertise our required in order to attract sales. URBAN SIDING and EXTERIORS [login to view URL] The website is currently being [login to view URL] business requires marketing materials to submit to commercial/insurance industry. We are currently preferred vendors with insurance companies and obtain many of our clients through them. We want to obtain more jobs/contracts- We need marketing materials as follows: -New Business Card Design (something like this on one side [login to view URL]) -Brochure outlining our strengths (I will provide in detail what I would like included) -Flyers - Outlining our services (one for residential and one for insurance companies) -DoorHanger that we can leave in the neighbourhood we are working on. -I have attached an example of an ad design that I like to be created for Urban Siding & Exteriors Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this project.
