Add booking enquiry form to website

Site is [login to view URL] (please do not contact me or my client directly). On the front page there is a space that has check in date > check out date and a button to enquire for those dates. The form currently there is built using ninja forms and is for mock up purposes only - it will need to change as it has none of the functionality required as per the outline below. The requirements are: 1. the calendar updates from an outlook calendar (can update from a google calendar if needs to - so the client enters unavailable dates in their outlook calendar and the website updates) 2. on the home page they enter their desired check in and check out dates (in the drop down calendar, unavailable dates are greyed out) 3. these dates carry over to a form on a second page that collects more information: Check in Date: (pre-filled from front page BUT also a working drop down calendar like the front page for when the form is linked to directly and not accessed from the front page) Check out Date: (pre-filled from front page BUT also a working drop down calendar like the front page for when the form is linked to directly and not accessed from the front page) Organisation (if applicable): First Name*: Last Name*: Email*: Address*: Suburb/City*: Postcode*: State*: Phone*: Alternative Phone: Number of Adults: Number of Children: Number of Event Guests: Details/comments: On submit this information is emailed to the client. The calendar does not update at this step as the client will update it manually if the booking is approved. The design is attached - the design must look like this. The site is built in wordpress using thesis 2.1 framework. Please outline your timeframe in your proposal.
