Need be in codeignitor. Need to follow proper MVC stracture. And please be strict in deadline. If u code for 10 days then I can give u maximum 15 days but not more than that. U also need to take care about the page loading time. Please bid accordingly. I am a developer , so I will check code. If u think it took more than 300 then u can let me know.
