I don't want/need a CMS, the content will be pretty static and i'm happy to edit the HTML directly.
My main aims are;
-Clean and compliant HTML / CSS
-Works on different devices and browsers
I believe the contact form should be the only server side code required and I would prefer the use of php (I can send you the code from the existing contact form)
