Build a Website

So, I have a bootstrap admin theme; There will be pages; and one of the pages is upload, on upload there will be a nice text field and upload button, you can make text bold and underlined etc…: the text will be listed as stores and You can like stories and comment on them and then there will be notification, When you publish your story you get notifications when someone likes your story and then a message system (where registered companies/users can message each other) and you get a notification here when a message occurs) There will be 2 notification icons 1 for messages and the other that shows here how many people liked your stories (text that you uploaded) in the last 24hrs and shows unread messages and how many views your post got and then there will be a featured story which has 250 likes or more. Featured stories only get featured when they reach 250 likes. On the right side there will be a bar that has active users online that are registered, which are browsing through the website, and the their feed which the stories appear at. Recent stories will be at the page, recent stories. and then the visits will be the report of how many views your story got in the last 24 hours. The featured page is the featured stories recently uploaded but on the only the ones that have 200 or more likes. I also want all mysql safe and secure and not in the source code, and in the text field where they upload the story (so you can see it when you right click the page) , I want it so they can't use characters like these: <> or / so you can see it when you right click the page
