Build a Website

I want to create a property management website for my new start up - I am keen to access a talented web designer that can email me examples of their portfolio to view and to work with me over the next few weeks to create a user friendly, NOT busy looking website. I have already worked out what headings I need on the website and given its a property management business it is important for a suburb profile to come up when a potential applicant clicks onto an advertised property for rent. I would like to have a very user friendly CMS to enable me to edit my website and upload images and articles as required. I want to run my online website via Cloud. Keen to discuss with an experienced designer the option of landlords having capacity to log on and view a one page dashboard with current information on it about their investment property eg copy of rental agreement, copy of last property inspection with digital photos and next due inspection date; date for expiration of lease - this is invaluable for landlords who are overseeing multiple investment properties. I want a very professional page and capacity for the user to find my website quickly at the front end of google search.
