Build on existing code and make better data structure

We are a team of programmers and desginer that need some great assistance with our existing web application. We have build it in PHP, MySQL, Yii and Bootstrap and are around 40% finished. We need a fixed realistic price that is on budget and a professional company ready for long term commitment and fast delivery with high quality work. We only want the best, and are willing to pay a little extra for high quality!!!! (IF YOU DO NOT FIT THESE CRITERIAS DO NOT BID!!!!) For you we need: A professional team of developers to deliver reusabel coding, so my team can develop further on your code afterwards. We need a team that can solve problems and come up with great solutions/alternatives when needed. Our data structure is very simple now so you wil have to remake this to make it faster and more scalable. It is a pretty simple project and my programmers have estimated you will need 2 weeks to learn his coding and 2 weeks to built the required site. We got two online mock up prototypes for you to easily see how the whole flow with its requirements will be and most of the basic design. We require daily communication to follow the process so we don't have any misunderstandings. The site is a little bit like freelancer, elancer, yelp and airbnb but made very very simple.... Search a company, see their company page, write them a inquiry, get a proposal from them, and book them. And the some for companies: Search proposals or receive inquiries from customers, give proposals and get jobs, and manage those jobs easily. --> As soon as possible you will also have to built a smartphone app for iphone for this program too, but your quote will not be for this. The site has: - user log in / sign up with facebook and email (built) - a user panel to control tasks and manage profile (partly built 40% finish) - a user profile - search a company or tasks with google maps result (partly built 20% finish) - a company log in / sign up site with e mail and facebook (has to be rebuilt 50% finish) - Company panel to search tasks, give proposals, receive messages and inquiries (not built) - Customers to "Post a task" for different industries (a bit like freelancer when you choose "built website", "built mobile app" "write a text" and so on. (not built yet) - Payment module with paypal, and other big international module for subscribtions for companies to sign up (not build yet) - review companies (partly built) - Company page (not built) Looking forward to hear from you
