Hello Everybody,
iam searching for somebody that creates an Internetside for me. I need an Internetside that looks and has the same function like

The side based on this Pricipal: Someone put some informations (that he can choose) and pictures (he can upload with one click) on our Plattform. (So he create an Auction)
On the other side there are registered Companys or Users that can bid on this auction. The Company that bid the lowest price wins the auction and get the job. For the begin (6-12 Months) there must be a capacity for around 1000 Auctions per Month. Also we want to start the side in Germany and Austria.
After the auction is over and the work is done the users can score the Companys (like Ebay).
Also we want the hole Payment Traffic over our side.
