Design of an A4 sized advert for cahrity

I have made a basic template in Adobe InDesign which will be used for a charity collection. The design is in A4 format. It will consist of a logo, text, an image and some invoice details at bottom. Your job will be to make all this looking smashing and appealing. The main image (in middle) needs some editing (noise effects).
Also needs to implement a mail merge field, so i can use it to post to different recipients by postal mail, by a CSV list i have.
Final delivery will be 2 different AdobeIn design files, 1 for general recipient, and 1 with support for mail merge.
Needs this finished in 1 day.
