Alter picture of front of commercial building by adding sign and windows

There is an old porch on the front of the building where our store is. We need an image to show to the owner of the building how we want to remove the old porch, add in as many windows as we can, and build on the overhang with our sign on the face of the overhang. I am including some pictures with this posting here on freelancer but I will upload more later to show the whole building's front. The windows will have to be spaced correctly because there are seams in the brick face where structural "I" beams support the building. We will also be replacing the two double door with commercial double doors. The Dollar Tree over hang is what we want to build on the front of the building after removing the old porch. You will need to make the letters/sign on the new over hang say T.E.B. The Electronics Booth. The type of sign letters are called "channel letters" and we will also need the plug image included on the sign face.
