Artwork to be prepared to cut by CNC Plasma

Though most of our designs are unrelated to religion. We do have designs for religious faiths like Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, etc. It so happens that we are preparing for the Diwali period in our multi-cultural country so we have a number of these Hindu related pieces to work on. It would be unfortunate if that deters any good prospective partners. WHAT WE REQUIRE- We require suitable pictures found of two Hindu Gods; Hanuman & Shiva, once approved, based on beauty and suitability for the purpose, they would have to be modified in a similar manner as shown in the development of the horse artwork attached up to the stage where it is ready for Our software to use the image to prepare the path to cut it out of steel sheeting by a CNC plasma system. At some point along the development of the artwork it must be converted to black and white, where the white would be the areas to be cut out, as a result, all of the black areas must be connected sufficiently to ensure that no pieces necessary for the design are left loose resulting in them falling off. It is a similar concept to stencils, that are used to spray paint designs on walls. The stencil is one plain that has the design cut out of it. There is flexibility in modifying the design as what is important is that the artwork is modified to meet requirements tastefully and not allowing too much compromise of the beauty of the artwork. NB Any stretch that is not narrowing to a point that is thinner than 3/16 of an inch would be at risk to be melted off as a result of the heat applied in the process of cutting. Logically a large piece of material must be given adequate connection to the main piece around the design. This can be achieved with many moderately sized connections or one or two wider ones. In regard to limitation with the width of the area to be removed. Again unless narrowing to a point, stretches that are narrower than a 1/4 of an inch would cause difficulty for the software plotting the path to cut, accomplishing it's job.
