Create man custom images from one basic image

PHOTOSHOP CS5.1 or FIREWORKS CS 5.5 I have an image that I would like to add different custom text to from a list, in order to create multiple images from the same original file. For example, suppose I want to alter "[login to view URL]" to create 5 different flyers, adding the following text to each flyer; • Megan's $2 discount • Stephanie's $2 discount • Julia's $2 discount • Jason's $2 discount • Gabby's $2 discount The data list will have 2 columns - one will be the name to rename the image to, and the 2nd column will be the text to write onto the flyer. Your solution should take the data as explained above, write the text onto the image and then create the image with the custom name accordingly. I'll expect that whatever solution is provided comes with any explanations that I need. Note that I'm using Windows 7.
