Creation of Personalized Flag / Banner

Project is simple - take an image (i.e. photo of a person) and a background (i.e. photo of a flag), and seamlessly/cleverly integrate the person into the flag to create a personalized banner. The challenge is the different colours of the background in the photo of the person and the flag itself. The key is to do this in such a way that it looks professional and can be displayed on a huge screen for a presentation without looking choppy or amateurish.
Critical - Project must be completed by 16:00 EST on Sunday, June 9th, 2013 for credit.
As this should only take 30 minutes to 1 hour please consider this in the bidding. Would be willing to pay $30-40 for the work depending on the quality of the output.
