Design iPad App Mockup for existing website

I have current website in production state right now, located at http://www.nhahang.bz.
I need to have iPad App Mockup design for it, in PSD format. And functions include:
1. Display Restaurant Nearby
2. Search Restaurant
3. Display Restaurant Information
4. Order table to restaurant
5. Choose meals for delivery
Totally there are 5 pages in phase 1. After phase 1, if quality is OK (in design), I will award phase 2 (all remain things) to get App User Interface Design done.
Please bid if you have experienced in Graphical Design, and also iPad (landscape layout).
