Build a Splash Page

Here is how our current splash page looks right now: [login to view URL] I would like to update the page to improve it's appearance, add a few more links, and add a contact us form that generates an email to my email account. I've uploaded some images of our dealerships, our dealership logo, some and brand logos that I'd like to incorporate. I'm open to different ideas for the design. Photos of Chevrolet, Buick, and Ford vehicles can also be used (kind of like the currently are being used). I can provide images if you would like. I would like two main links to our two separate dealership websites. I'd also like links to the search results pages for new Chevrolets, new Buicks, new Fords, used inventory search link, link to our service department page, and our online specials page. You do not need to actually add the links, just images/design. I can add all of the links. I'm just looking for a new design. I can do basic HTML coding, but I'm not creative and I don't have many design skills. Facebook and Twitter icons should also been included somewhere on the page.
